★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa empresa. Estava com problema na fossa la de casa, ele vieram fizeram um serviço muito caro que nao resolveu em definitivo. Eles dizem que vao fazer um orçamento, porem quando chegam ja fazem o serviço, e no final, vem com um preço abusivo. Pensaram que era entupimento mas o problema era a fossa cheia. Fizerem o desentupimento mas com uma semana voltou, e precisamos contratar outra empresa para retirada do esgoto, e assim deu certo. Gastei menos no segundo serviço e meu problema foi solucionado.
Eles nao sao claros no preço que cobram, causando surpresa na hora que vai cobrar. Os funcionários nao usam equipamentos de segurança. Empresa nao respeita cliente nem funcionário. Nao recomendo, melhor procurar outra empresa.
I do not recommend this company. I had a problem in the pit of the house, they came to do a very expensive service that did not solve it for good. They say they will make a budget, but when they arrive they already do the service, and in the end, comes with an abusive price. They thought it was clogging but the problem was the full pit. Unclogging but within a week came back, and we need to hire another company to remove the sewage, and so it worked. I spent less on my second job and my problem was solved.
They are not clear on the price they charge, causing surprise when it will charge. Employees do not use safety equipment. Company does not respect customer or employee. I do not recommend, better look for another company.
