A estrutura é ampla e o maquinário é bem cuidado, além dos cuidados que são tomados com a biossegurança, tanto com a higienização, como no controle de acesso ao local. Excellent academy, several well-educated professionals who welcome students and provide the proper service to achieve results. The structure is wide and the machinery is well taken care of, in addition to the care that is taken with biosecurity, both with hygiene and with access control to the site. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia tem um bom espaço, porém o maquinário está deixando a desejar. Treino faz um tempo lá e não vejo investimentos na melhoria das máquinas, poucas máquinas de alguns grupos musculares.
Se ao término do contrato não perceber melhorias vou para outra.
The gym has a good space, but the machinery is lacking. I've been training there for a while and I don't see investments in improving the machines, few machines for some muscle groups.
If at the end of the contract I don't notice improvements, I'll go to another one.

I love active's dance classes, excellent professionals. Instructor in the morning David Jonas and in the evening Haly Renato and a lively class in classes where he relieves stress.
