★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nao merece uma estrela, pior q o sus.. produto com defeito, além dos prejuízos que tive trocando o rack externo, tempo tentando parar os vazamentos, dinheiro com técnicos, serviços q foram refeitos... enfim, uma tremenda bomba, foi prometido também um novo envio de um novo modelo do produto, o prazo se estendeu por conta da pandemia e agora não querem cumprir pq já passou um tempo. Vou ver se vale a pena procurar a justiça, visto que a empresa não tem comprometimento nenhum com os produtos que vende e nem com quem compra.
does not deserve a star, worse q sus .. defective product, in addition to the losses I had replacing the external rack, time trying to stop the leaks, money with technicians, services q were redone ... finally, a tremendous bomb, was promised too a new shipment of a new product model, the deadline has been extended due to the pandemic and now they do not want to comply because it has been a while. I will see if it is worth seeking justice, since the company has no commitment to the products it sells or to those who buy.
