★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é bem um condomínio. É um conjunto habitacional. Visto de cima parece uma 'comunidade'. Pra quem não se importa com a vista, parece ser um local legal. Tem árvores frutíferas e uma área legal pra crianças.
 It's not really a condominium. It is a housing estate. Seen from above it looks like a 'community'. For those who don't care about the view, it seems to be a cool place. It has fruit trees and a nice area for children.

I really like going to islets, and I stayed at the Atlantic Beach condominium, close to the beach and close to everything. Amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio popular, localizado próximo à praia do Sul, supermercados, padaria e postos de combustíveis. Possui uma boa área de lazer, com parquinho, quadra de futebol de salão, academia, salão de festas, piscina, uma pequena área verde com algumas árvores frutíferas. Parece ser bem tranquilo, mas sem muito luxo.
Popular condominium located close to Praia do Sul, supermarkets, bakery and gas stations. It has a good leisure area, with a playground, indoor soccer court, gym, ballroom, swimming pool, a small green area with some fruit trees. It seems to be very quiet, but not very luxurious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio é muito bom, fiquei no bloco 13. Não sou a maior amante de calor e o único local do quarto em que tivemos a sensação de "paz" foi no quarto, porque havia ar condicionado. O apartamento era maravilhoso, mas o sol batia diretamente lá, então, o local ficava abafado durante o dia.
De toda forma, vale muito a pena. Bem organizado!
Condo is very nice, I stayed in block 13. I'm not the biggest lover of heat and the only place in the room where we had the feeling of "peace" was in the bedroom, because there was air conditioning. The apartment was wonderful, but the sun was directly shining there, so the place was stuffy during the day.
Anyway, it's really worth it. Well organized!
