★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta melhorar o ônibus né ! Ar condicionado pelo amor de Deus. Faz a galera sentir vontade de andar no negócio. E não coloca só no centro não. Muitos bairros precisam também. Eu tenho que pegar a linha "novo horizonte" porque não passa mais "estrela do sul" que é o ônibus que eu preciso pegar ! Tem gente que quer pegar. Vocês passaram aqui apenas uma vez. Nunca mais vi ! Absurdo. Tem gente morando aqui também viu !

A cidade de Itabuna merece ,o povo não quer mais ficar na mão,e vejo as pessoas reclamando qui uma linha a pessoa ia até o destino,hoje os passageiros pra chegar ao seu destino é preciso tomar dois ônibus, e a integração ? Deixa a deseja ,falo em nome do povo de Itabuna pois reclamar qui precisa,paga duas passagens ,# queremos Itabuna avança pra melhorar ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Cada dia pior! Restos de ônibus sucateados! Agora pra piorar o que já era péssimo, o ônibus quebrou de vez e no lugar colocou um microônibus que não tem campainha, o leitor de cartão não presta e as cadeiras quebradas pra atender a mesma demanda do ônibus grande que já não dava conta!
Só chega atrasado no centro por que cada passageiro fica de 2 a 5 minutos tentando passar o cartão(isso quando passa)!
Uma total falta de respeito!
Sem falar dos dias que o ônibus não aparece ou quebra no meio da viagem!
Quando se acredita que não pode piorar, aparece umas "empresas" desse tipo! Triste!

It only arrives late in the center because each passenger spends 2 to 5 minutes trying to swipe the card (that's when it passes)!

Not to mention the days when the bus doesn't show up or breaks in the middle of the trip!
