★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da primeira vez que fui a uma das lojas ( a do Espinheiro) tive a impressão de ser invisível às vendedoras. Não tinha a menor intenção de voltar mas, devido aos elogios de minha fisioterapeuta e de colegas do Pilates às roupas, decidi dar uma segunda chance. Desta vez, fui hoje, 08/09/21, à loja do Shopping Boa Vista e, igualmente, me desapontei. As vendedoras estavam muito mais ocupadas em discutir a escala de férias do que me assessorar adequadamente na compra.Além disso, uma delas puxava constantemente a máscara e descobria o nariz quando estava mais afastada. Numa outra, a máscara estava no queixo. Quando saí do provador, disse que deveriam usar a máscara. A que estava com a máscara no queixo disse que ela estava folgada e continuou usando-a do mesmo jeito. A pandemia não acabou e ninguém traz escrito na testa quando se vacinou, quantas doses tomou, se tem algum sintoma de Covid ou teve contato com infectados
The first time I went to one of the stores (the one in Espinheiro) I had the impression of being invisible to the sellers. I had no intention of going back, but due to the praise of my physiotherapist and Pilates colleagues for the clothes, I decided to give it a second chance. This time, I went today, 08/09/21, to the Shopping Boa Vista store and, equally, I was disappointed. The sellers were much more occupied in discussing the vacation schedule than advising me properly on the purchase. In addition, one of them constantly pulled her mask and bared her nose when she was farther away. In another, the mask was on the chin. When I left the dressing room, I said they should wear the mask. The one with the mask on her chin said it was loose and continued to wear it anyway. The pandemic is not over and no one has written on their foreheads when they were vaccinated, how many doses they took, if they have any symptoms of Covid or had contact with infected people
