★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem estacionamento pra visitantes, mas esse é o único defeito desse condomínio. ❤ Localização perfeita, tranquilo e perto de tudo. Dá tranquilamente pra fazer as coisas à pé. Farmácias, conveniências, pizzarias, petshops (sim, tudo no plural, pq tem opções!) Supermercado, tudo pertinho. Ainda tem uma pracinha dessas de idosos e uma lagoa de captação que as pessoas caminham/correm em volta.
There is no parking for visitors, but that is the only flaw in this condominium. ❤ Perfect location, quiet and close to everything. You can easily do things on foot. Pharmacies, convenience stores, pizzerias, petshops (yes, everything in the plural, because there are options!) Supermarket, everything close by. There's still a square like that for the elderly and a catchment pond that people walk/run around.
