Chegamos hoje para fazer o teste e fomos informados que não estavam mais fazendo. Argumentamos o que eles haviam nos dito por telefone mas mesmo assim a atendente disse que eles tinham testes disponíveis, mas não estavam mais fazendo.
Total falta de respeito com os clientes.
Terrible attendance. They disclosed that they did a Covid test but did not schedule. Over the phone the girl assured them that they had tests available. We arrived today to take the test and were told they were no longer taking it. We argued what they had told us over the phone but the operator still said they had tests available but weren't doing them anymore.
Total lack of respect for customers.
