Apesar de ser VAV e ser atendido pela a E-Vertical o ar que é entregue por eles nunca é satisfatório. Todos os dias é insuportável de calor. E o retorno é sempre o mesmo que está tudo dentro da normalidade. O estacionamento também administrado pela Garage INN deixa a desejar. Funcionários mal humorados, vagas apertadas e valor acima da média da região.Tirando os itens acima o que salva é a cordialidade do Coordenador Higor que nos ajuda no que for preciso.
The building has good location however if you want to have a place with air conditioning do not come here. Despite being VAV and being serviced by the E-Vertical the air that is delivered by them is never satisfactory. Everyday is unbearable from heat. And the return is always the same as everything is within normalcy. Parking also run by Garage INN leaves something to be desired. Grumpy staff, tight slots and above-average value in the area. Dropping the above items saves what is the friendliness of the Higor Coordinator who helps us on whatever it takes.
