★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei recentemente meu curso p/ atendimento ao passageiro. Preço muito competitivo em comparação com as demais empresas - e olha que pesquisei bastante.
A instituição está localizada num lugar super acessível, próximo ao centro e a diversos estacionamentos.
Ao entrar, num prédio azul-refletido, você sobe uns dois lances de escada. Eu perdi as contas de quantas vezes tropecei, sahusaha.
O Hall é relativamente pequeno, mas é aconchegante. Se tinha uma pessoa na minha frente na hora que cheguei, era muito.
O atendimento poderia ser um pouco melhor. Bem precário. Do tipo "estou te fazendo um favor".
A sala de curso é bastante espaçosa. Investiram bastante num ambiente relativamente confortável para uma sala de aula, além de conter climatização e uma larga tela de slideshow - o que facilita bastante pra quem senta um pouco mais atrás.
Fui instruído pelo professor Perrone, que foi muito esclarecedor do início ao fim. Sempre detalhista. Confesso que devo ter dado algumas 10 pescadas de uns 5 segundos durante toda a aula, mas captei 99% do conteúdo, ahaha.
Sobre o curso, me recordo que o conteúdo foi muitíssimo bem-aprofundado. De tudo, apenas um tema achei um pouco maçante. De resto, na medida certa.
Pra quem vai realizar algum curso - sobretudo o de 8 horas -, recomendo carregar dinheiro consigo e dormir bem na noite passada.
Ps: e não esqueça do caderno e caneta p/ anotações.
I recently completed my course for passenger service. Very competitive price compared to other companies - and I did a lot of research.
The institution is located in a super accessible place, close to the center and several parking lots.
Upon entering, in a blue-reflected building, you go up a couple of flights of stairs. I lost count of how many times I tripped, sahusaha.
The Hall is relatively small but cozy. If there was a person in front of me when I arrived, it was a lot.
The service could be a little better. pretty precarious. The "I'm doing you a favor" type.
The course room is quite spacious. They invested a lot in a relatively comfortable environment for a classroom, in addition to having air conditioning and a large slideshow screen - which makes it a lot easier for those who sit a little further back.
I was instructed by Professor Perrone, who was very enlightening from start to finish. Always detail. I confess that I must have taken some 10 fishes of about 5 seconds during the whole class, but I captured 99% of the content, ahaha.
About the course, I remember that the content was very well-detailed. Of all, only one topic I found a bit dull. Otherwise, just right.
For those who are going to take a course - especially the 8-hour course - I recommend carrying money with you and sleeping well last night.
Ps: and don't forget the notebook and pen for notes.
