★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não recomendo... atendimento moroso, a correspondente não tem agilidade, não deixa o cliente ter preferência em qual banco quer realizar o financiamento. Por diversas vezes tentei entrar em contato e a correspondente me deixou no vácuo.... Não indico a ninguém... procurem outro que dê melhor assistência, pois a SIM CREDI quem está financiando é que tem que fazer o serviço que a correspondente é paga pra fazer.... não vou dar nenhuma estrela.... A questão da a pandemia oportunizou atendimento on line, onde se pode ser mas prestativo... sei que podem melhorar, apenas estou dando minha opinião porque foi o tratamento que recebi. Desde a aprovação de cadastro até a parte do recolhimento do ITBI, onde eu consegui no mesmo dia, e a correspondente me dizia que a prefeitura não tinha respondido... sucesso pra vocês e que continuem a primar pela excelência.
