★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo,empresa péssima,aluguei uma casa cheia de infiltração,passei um tempão ,a mesma dizendo q iria resolver criou mofo na parede,tinha goteira até dentro do quarto em cima da lâmpada correndo risco de curto,faz total descaso com cliente,e ainda da pressão pra sair no dia q eles mesmo.determina ,sendo q tem um mês p sair da casa,alegando se n sair na data q eles determinam tem q pagar mais um mês de aluguel,no intuito de receber mais dinheiro!
 I don't recommend it, a terrible company, I rented a house full of infiltration, I spent a lot of time, the same saying that it would resolve created mold on the wall, it had leaks even inside the room on top of the lamp at the risk of being short, it makes total neglect with the client, and still of the pressure to leave on the day that they decide, even if they have a month to leave the house, claiming that if they leave on the date they determine they have to pay another month's rent in order to receive more money!

Vistoria adulteradas, sem disse que eles não devolver o calção, a empresa debocha da cara do cliente. Antes de alugar um imóvel nesta imobiliária, procure se informar primeiro.
Todos os funcionários já vem instruídos.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência não muito Boa. Muita falta de compromisso com o Cliente, falta de respeito, mal atendimento, valores exorbitante. Não aconselho. Tive que morar um ano pra não perder o contrato. Horrível!!!! A pessoa que se diz proprietário é muito mal educado, mal administrador. Infelizmente sem capacidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu tivesse um inimigo, não recomendaria essa imobiliária nem pra ele! Péssimo atendimento, se você depender deles pra qualquer problema, é perda de tempo. Recomendo procurar empresas sérias.

I made a lease with attitude real estate house in the Lourival neighborhood, very satisfied relative with service, including the real estate's fur, the guy serves so well that you feel at.casa they are to be congratulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei alguns imóveis com a empresa amei o atendimento, não quei pois tive que locar em outro estado mas breve qd voltar ao Piauí primeira a visitar e fazer oa parceria com empresa.
I visited some properties with the company, I loved the service, I didn't want to because I had to rent it in another state but soon when I return to Piauí, the first to visit and partner with the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive péssima experiência. Não olhei direito um contrato , que mesmo se desistisse tinha que pagar. Me senti roubada, pois desisti de um imóvel cheio de ratos e fui maltratada pelo gerente, possível dono. Péssimo atendimento. Nem os secretários tem moral, dizem uma coisa e o dono ou flagrante outra. Dinheiro ao vento.
I had a bad experience. I didn't really look at a contract, which even if I gave up I had to pay. I felt robbed, as I gave up on a property full of rats and was mistreated by the manager, the possible owner. Terrible attendance. Not even the secretaries have morals, they say one thing and the owner or flagrant another. Money in the wind.
