Antes de o rapaz sair para buscar a peça, confirmei várias vezes se a peça era a marca que eu queria. Disse que sim.
A peça chegou numa caixa de papelão cru! Perguntei que marca era! O rapaz ao manusear a peça, achou um lugar que estava escrito BOSCH e me disse que era da marca BOSCH. Só que eu conheço e vi que não era. Tentaram me vender uma peça recondicionada como sendo nova e de marca confiável.
Tomem muito cuidado ao comprarem qualquer coisa nesta loja. Deixou claro que não são honestos.
Bad experience! I called asking about a piece, they said I had it! I moved from far to get the piece. I got there, they told me they needed to get it somewhere else. Before the boy left to pick up the piece, I confirmed several times if the piece was the brand I wanted. Said yes.
The piece arrived in a raw cardboard box! I asked what brand it was! The boy when handling the piece, found a place that was written BOSCH and told me it was from the BOSCH brand. Only I know and saw that it was not. They tried to sell me a refurbished part as a new and reliable brand.
Be very careful when buying anything at this store. He made it clear that they are not honest.
