 I didn’t like the way they treat their customers, great initial service, after closing the contract what they can do and harm their customers will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Sou proprietário. Tenho imóvel alugado. Inquilino não paga o aluguel há meses e também não paga o condomínio. A gestora do contrato não dá a mínima. Fica de retornar a ligação e não retorna. Fica de retornar e-mail e não retorna. Nota 1 foi muito.
Terrible. I'm an owner. I have rented property. Tenant has not paid the rent for months and neither does the condominium. The contract manager doesn't care. It is to return the call and does not return. It is to return email and does not return. Note 1 was a lot.

Desde a locação fomos enganados sobre tudo no apartamento. Desde valor do condomínio até a entrega de comodidades.
Quando avisamos que íamos sair, o desconto que nos foi concedido pela prop. Foi revogado sem aviso prévio. A vistoria foi abusiva e duvidosa. Fomos tratados como se estivéssemos morando de favor no apartamento. Nunca atrasamos um pagamento e tivemos um tratamento horrível. Deplorável. Não indico jamais.
We arrived in Piracicaba and this property. It was indicated. Bad business!
Since the rental we have been duped about everything in the apartment. From condominium value to delivery of amenities.
When we announced that we were going to leave, the discount that was given to us by the prop. It was revoked without notice. The survey was abusive and doubtful. We were treated as if we were living in the apartment favorably. We never delayed a payment and had a horrible treatment. Deplorable. I never indicate.
