*Meu problema foi resolvido pela loja, todo amparo foi dado, documento entregue a tempo, agradeço muito a atenção de todos com relação a minha situação, peço desculpas pelo desabafo, mas foi frustrante ate então. Depois disso só tenho a agradecer e elogiar o pós vendas.
Comprei em 26/11/2021 uma Amarok 2016 na loja, ótimo atendimento, pessoas incríveis, educadas, atenciosos, prestativos. Sai com ela no fim da tarde da loja, já no dia 27/11 na "primeira volta" com o carro, ela deu alerta de aquecimento do motor. Resolvemos o problema por conta, e fomos informados pelo vendedor que deveríamos fazer uma revisão no carro. Menos de 1 semana depois, no dia 02/12 simplesmente travou a direção do carro em movimento. Carro que relativamente pra mim tem um valor alto, que na venda foi dito que seria um carro revisado, e que em 1 semana teve dois problemas, foi decepcionante! Como disse no inicio, a atendimento inicial, realmente foi ótimo, já o pós venda e péssimo, falta de atenção, cuidado, nada. Simplesmente se vira. Já compramos vários carros, em varias outras lojas, e esse atendimento na parte de problema foi realmente o pior. Mais uma que não contava, o documento de transferência ate hoje 07/12 não nos foi entregue, 11 dias após a compra e nada foi dito, esta todo dia no cartório e nunca chega.
É uma loja muito boa, com pessoas boas, mas precisam melhorar quanto ao pós venda, já que isso também faz parte do processo, era um sonho que virou pesadelo.

I bought an Amarok 2016 in the store on 11/26/2021, great service, amazing people, polite, attentive, helpful. I went out with her at the end of the afternoon at the store, on 11/27, on the "first lap" with the car, she gave an engine overheating alert. We resolved the problem on our own, and were told by the seller that we should have the car serviced. Less than 1 week later, on 12/02, the car's steering simply stopped moving. A car that has a relatively high value for me, which on sale was said to be a revised car, and that in 1 week had two problems, it was disappointing! As I said at the beginning, the initial service was really great, the after-sales service is terrible, lack of attention, care, nothing. It just turns around. We have already bought several cars, in several other stores, and this service in the problem part was really the worst. One more that didn't count, the transfer document until today 12/07 was not delivered to us, 11 days after the purchase and nothing was said, it's at the registry office every day and never arrives.
It's a very good store, with good people, but they need to improve in terms of after-sales, as this is also part of the process, it was a dream that turned into a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Renault Fluence 12/13 com o pessoal da Atual, infelizmente tive um problema no câmbio CVT, prontamente avisei a loja que logo pediu para enviar o veículo para o mecânico da loja.
Entendo que não foi de ma fé até porque andei com o veículo antes de fechar negócio, e pesquisando sobre relatos de problemas no câmbio CVT da Nissan de fato se a troca de óleo não for realizado as pelo antigo dono esse tipo de problema pode ocorrer.
Esse problema também só acontece com velocidade a partir de 90kmh ou seja na rodovia, portanto difícil de perceber no uso urbano.
Resumo: O veículo está em perfeitas condições estéticas e tudo que a loja prometeu no pós venda vem cumprindo.
Um agradecimento especial ao vendedor Vanderlei que no pré e pós venda sempre atencioso e tirando todas as dúvidas e preocupado com o cliente.
Agora é aguardar a manutenção do carro mais entendo que isso acontece

This problem also only happens at speeds from 90km/h, that is, on the highway, therefore difficult to notice in urban use.
