★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hj levar a minha filha na fonodiologo dra Ana Carolina. Meu horário era as 9;30h chegamos as 10h pq tinha acontecido uma colisão de um carro em um poste na av salgado filho. A recepcionista se quer nos ajudou, muito preocupada, debochada, empatia zero%, expliquei a situação, ela só olhou pra gente, e perguntou se queríamos remarca, como assim Brasil. Ou seja, atendimento da recepção um lixo.
I went today to take my daughter to Dr Ana Carolina's speech therapist. My time was 9:30am we arrived at 10am because a car had crashed into a pole on Av Salgado Filho. The receptionist even helped us, very worried, mocking, zero% empathy, I explained the situation, she just looked at us, and asked if we wanted to reschedule, what do you mean in Brazil. In other words, reception is rubbish.
