★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, marcam várias pessoas no mesmo horário umas 12 e não falam isso ao telefone e quando você chega lá fica mais de horas esperando para realizar o exame, então não tenha nada agendado pois não sabe quanto tempo vai esperar
Terrible, they schedule several people at the same time around 12 and don't say that on the phone and when you get there you spend more than hours waiting to take the exam, so don't have anything scheduled because you don't know how long you'll wait
