★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei, semana passada, meu CDPlayer Marantz CD5004 que estava pulando uma barbaridade. Fui alertado pelo sr. Benê que poderia ter que trocar o leitor ótico. Já morrendo de medo do orçamento, liguei no meio da semana. Fui surpreendido ao ser informado que tratava-se apenas de acúmulo de pó, que já estava limpo e funcionando. A surpresa maior foi quando o sr. Benê disse que não iria cobrar pelo serviço. E não adiantou insistir. Meu player voltou a funcionar perfeitamente. Honestidade e simpatia. Coisa rara hoje em dia. Recomendo.
Last week I took my CDPlayer Marantz CD5004, which was skipping a barbarity. I was alerted by mr. Benê that could have to change the optical reader. Already scared of the budget, I called in the middle of the week. I was surprised to be told that it was just dust accumulation, that it was already clean and working. The biggest surprise was when mr. Bene said he would not charge for the service. And it was no use insisting. My player returned to work perfectly. Honesty and friendliness. Rare thing nowadays. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha 17 anos que possuo um amplificador Rotel RA-1062. Ele estava com um defeito numa chave. Leve ele na Audioteam, e depois de passarem o orçamento (bem razoável) foi consertado e voltou a funcionar perfeitamente.

I have owned a Rotel RA-1062 amplifier for 17 years. He had a defect in a key. Take it to Audioteam, and after passing the budget (very reasonable) it was fixed and worked perfectly again.
