Para vc ter ideia, pessoa que a atendeu se recusou a avaliar o aparelho dela. Não adianta ter preço bom se o pós venda é péssimo e, mais, no ultimo ano o atendimento passou de ótimo para péssimo. Pode ser simplesmente um funcionário ruim mas, hoje o atendimento foi nota ZERO. Não compre nada lá porque vc não terá suporte.
Worst service my mother ever had. The only concern of the person who attended her was to sell a new device. For you to have an idea, the person who answered her refused to evaluate her device. It's no use having a good price if the after-sales service is terrible and, moreover, in the last year the service went from great to terrible. It may simply be a bad employee, but today the service was ZERO. Don't buy anything there because you won't be supported.
