I took my widex device for repair. Great service. Super fast budget and repair. In widex itself they informed me that there was no repair for my device and I read reports of people who waited weeks for care. I advise everyone who needs to go to Auditivy that they won't regret it. My device is excellent. Glad I discovered Audivy. Congratulations !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o aparelho do meu pai para troca do receptor , devolveram o aparelho com um ruído excessivo ( que não ocorria antes), impossibilitando a utilização . Reclamei , levando novamente para avaliação . Nada resolveram !
Procurei outra empresa na tentativa de solucionar o problema , pois meu pai tem
92 anos e precisa do aparelho.
Encontrei ! Em 30 minutos resolveram o problema ,na minha frente ,então soube que a peça colocada anteriormente não era compatível com o aparelho , ocasionando o ruído , inclusive podendo ocasionar a queima do mesmo , além disso foi cobrado pela Auditivy um valor 4x maior do que paguei na segunda empresa , ou seja , cobram preços abusivos ,peças incompatíveis .
Que sirva de alerta para quem possa precisar..
