★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refrigeração adequada e bastante espaço para eventos pequenos, atendendo a boa parte das demandas de eventos universitários locais. O local é bem simples, não sendo o espaço mais ideal para eventos "rebuscados". O acesso não é dos melhores mas com uma rápida caminhada pode ser alcançado, nos arredores existem estacionamentos da faculdade capazes de captar um bom numero de veículos.
Adequate cooling and plenty of space for small events, meeting most of the demands of local university events. The place is very simple, not being the most ideal space for "fancy" events. Access is not the best but with a quick walk can be reached, in the vicinity there are parking lots of the college capable of capturing a good number of vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ar condicionado não estão funcionando direito, o local no entorno precisa de uma melhor iluminação, principalmente a noite. Um dia desses uma senhora "levou uma queda" andando do lado de fora.
O palco para os palestrantes, deveria ter pelo menos uma sinalização de segurança para delimitar o fim.
Apesar de uns e outros defeitos, ele serve bem pro que propõe.
The air conditioning are not working right, the place in the surroundings needs better lighting, especially at night. One of these days one lady "took a fall" walking outside.
The stage for the speakers should have at least one safety marking to mark the end.
Despite some faults, it serves well for what it proposes.
