Como a poucos dias tinha levado outra moto para revisão, não encontrei dificuldade para agendar.
Entrei em contato via WhatsApp e logo me foi repassado os dias disponíveis.
Atendimento por ordem de chegada.
Enfim…
Todo procedimento desde atendimento ao finalizar serviço feito com sucesso. Único ponto negativo que quero citar é apenas em relação a área de espera para o cliente, da primeira vez quando levei a moto foi citado que estava em reforma, indo novamente agora continuava na mesma situação. E aí devido ser aquelas telhas de zinco, faz muito calor. Mas podemos relevar por conta da reforma.
Assim termino deixando minha opinião com pontos positivos e negativos. Deixando claro que são críticas construtivas blz.
I was recently taking a motorcycle in for a 1000 km warranty review.
As a few days ago I had taken another bike for review, I found no difficulty in scheduling.
I got in touch via WhatsApp and was soon given the available days.
Service in order of arrival.
Anyway…
Every procedure from service to finalizing service done successfully. The only negative point that I want to mention is only in relation to the waiting area for the customer, the first time I took the bike it was mentioned that it was under renovation, going again now it was still in the same situation. And there, due to those zinc tiles, it is very hot. But we can take it on account of the reform.
So I end up leaving my opinion with positive and negative points. Making it clear that they are constructive criticism blz.
