Rampa para acessar o local.
Fui atendida no horário marcado, não achei o trabalho exatamente igual ao da propaganda mas foi bem feito.
Todas as meninas que fazem a micro são muito simpáticas e respondem todas as dúvidas.
Volto em uma semana para fazer o retoque, qualquer mudança eu edito aqui.
The place is easy to access, without parking but the street is not very busy (you can park on the street).

I was attended at the scheduled time, I didn't find the job exactly the same as the advertisement but it was well done.
All the girls who make the micro are very friendly and answer all questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava buscando informações pra realizar o procedimento de micropigmentacao, mas como vi que só respondem as avaliações POSITIVAS e simplesmente ignoram as negativas, ou seja, Não dão sequer uma resposta pra quem ficou INSATISFEITO COM O SERVIÇO, eu tive a certeza de que não posso confiar! Infelizmente!
I was looking for information to perform the micropigmentation procedure, but as I saw that they only respond to POSITIVE evaluations and simply ignore the negative ones, that is, they do not even give an answer to those who were DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, I was sure that I cannot trust ! Unfortunately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em novembro de 2020 fazer pela primeira vez as sombrancelhas, pois estava deprimida com a auto estima péssima. Falei para a atendente que minha pele é oleosa e que eu queria algo que fosse o melhor procedimento e eu falei que queria os pelos bem escuros, pois os pelos das minhas sombrancelhas são bem clarinhos e ralos. Ela fez oque ela quis nem né deu atenção. Ela fez minhas sombrancelhas em 29 minutos achei que foi muito rápido. Pois bem, quando começou a cicatrização, foi ficando uma mais preta outra mias clara e falhada, uma mais fina outra mais grossa, uma mais arqueada e a outra mais reta. Fiz o retoque em dezembro de 2018. Quando foi dia 27 de fevereiro de 2021 expliquei para eles o ocorrido e marcaram uma avaliação, porém eu disse que já queria deixar marcado para arrumar as minhas sombrancelhas. A moça só marcou a avaliação. E chegando lá foi explicado certinho o procedimento e a moça que me atendeu foi super educada atenciosa e falou que teria outra técnica que seria melhor para minha pele que é oleosa. Eu reclamei falei um monte pelo whatsapp porque deis do começo eu havia falado oque eu queria e eu não fui atendida da forma como esperava. Estou até agora tentando uma solução ou eles devolvem meu dinheiro ou fazem o procedimento eu não vou pagar porque o retoque não pegou não ficou como eu queria. Já tem uma semana e ninguém resolve. O povo lá por ser em um lugar de classe média alta deveria tratar melhor as pessoas e o lugar deveria ser melhor né!? Quero uma solução porque não vou ficar com a minha sombrancelha como era. Estou ficando constrangida de novo com isso.
I went in November 2020 to do my eyebrows for the first time, because I was depressed with my bad self-esteem. I told the attendant that my skin is oily and that I wanted something that was the best procedure and I said that I wanted the very dark hairs, because the hairs on my eyebrows are very light and thin. She did what she wanted and didn't pay attention. She did my eyebrows in 29 minutes I thought it was really fast. Well, when the healing started, it became blacker, more light and flawed, thinner, thicker, arched and straight. I did the touch-up in December 2018. When it was February 27, 2021 I explained to them what happened and they scheduled an evaluation, but I said I already wanted to leave it checked to fix my eyebrows. The girl only scheduled the evaluation. And getting there, the procedure was explained correctly and the girl who attended me was very polite and attentive and said that there would be another technique that would be better for my skin, which is oily. I complained I said a lot on whatsapp because from the beginning I had said what I wanted and I was not attended to in the way I expected. I am still trying to find a solution or they will return my money or do the procedure. I will not pay because the retouching didn’t get as I wanted. It's been a week and nobody solves it. The people there, being in an upper middle class place, should treat people better and the place should be better, right !? I want a solution because I won't have my eyebrow as it was. I'm getting embarrassed about it again.
