★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, meu pai é cliente desta loja a mais de 10 anos, ontem eu infelizmente tive de precisar dos serviços da mecânica e acabei tendo uma experiência no mínimo frustrante, pois o mecânico não sabia do que se tratava o problema, foi trocada a bateria (inutilmente) e no outro dia meu pai teve de ir novamente e foi constatado que era outro problema e não a bateria, logo, gastamos 80+140 reais em um dia totalmente inúteis pois no dia seguinte gastamos mais de 500 reais só com esta peça, acho que o gestor deveria investir na capacitação dos mecânicos mais jovens da equipe, pois quem constatou o problema de fato foi um mecânico veterano que já trabalha no local, e é a quem eu dedico o meu "muito obrigado".
Look, my father has been a customer of this store for over 10 years, yesterday I unfortunately had to need the mechanics' services and I ended up having a frustrating experience at the very least, because the mechanic didn't know what the problem was, the battery was changed ( uselessly) and the other day my father had to go again and it was found that it was another problem and not the battery, so we spent 80+140 reais in one day totally useless because the next day we spent more than 500 reais just with this piece, I think the manager should invest in training the youngest mechanics on the team, as the person who actually found the problem was a veteran mechanic who already works on site, and it is to whom I dedicate my "thank you".
