★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez cirurgia de colocação da válvula mitral neste hospital. Esse tipo de cirurgia é considerada limpa com baixo índice de infecção e segura com acima de 97% de cura. Ela faleceu em dois meses após a alta. Péssimo hospital!!! Minha mãe teve alta mas ela não estava boa. Só dormia sentada. Além disso tivemos pouco apoio no pós cirurgia. Minha mãe praticamente ficava abandonada até a próxima consulta. Muita coisa deixou a desejar. Acredito que a alta foi muito cedo e deviam ter feitos mais exames nela. Principalmente exames de infecção para garantir que ela vinha de alta sem infecção. Isso não foi falado para nós. Péssimo hospital, não vá nele. Não recomendo!!!!!!!
 My mother had mitral valve replacement surgery at this hospital. This type of surgery is considered clean with a low rate of infection and safe with over 97% cure. She died two months after discharge. Terrible hospital!!! My mother was discharged but she was not well. I just slept sitting up. In addition, we had little post-surgery support. My mother was practically abandoned until the next appointment. Much was left to be desired. I believe that the discharge was too early and they should have done more tests on her. Mainly tests for infection to make sure she was discharged without infection. This was not told to us. Terrible hospital, don't go there. I do not recommend!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente SUS particular, a falta de empatia com o próximo é gritante, internaram meu sobrinho de apenas 7 meses de vida, com quadro de pneumonia e levaram 24horas para acomoda-lo em um quarto, ele ficou 24h na enfermaria e ainda solicitaram a mae da criança a dar banho no banheiro do corredor onde os pacientes usam. E ainda tiveram a capacidade de dizer que só tinham quarto no particular (se quisessem pagar) porém no convenio não tinha quarto disponível. Fora o tratamento que foi extremamente péssimo , funcionários mal treinados, começaram a discutir na nossa frente pois um estava tentando nos ajudar para liberar quarto, e a outra gritando falando que não tinha e pronto.
A pior experiencia da vida!

And they even had the ability to say that they only had a room in the private room (if they wanted to pay) but in the agreement there was no room available. Apart from the treatment, which was extremely bad, poorly trained staff, started to argue in front of us because one was trying to help us to free up a room, and the other was screaming saying that they didn't have it and that's it.
The worst experience of life!

Quando precisamos de uma internação vemos como é decadente o atendimento pelo qual pagamos.
Fico triste em dizer que o sus perde na demora mas o atendimento é muito melhor.
Trocarei de plano na primeira oportunidade.

I'm sad to say that the sus loses in the delay but the service is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo excessivo de espera para quarto pós parto - parto as 10, ingresso no quarto pós 15:30. Falta de respeito com o direito da parturiente - dificuldade para apresentar a criança para amamentação e negativa de acompanhante antes do quarto. Falta de itens básicos no apartamento - travesseiro e toalhas. Estrutura precária dos apartamentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimooooo !!! Meu filho de 10 meses foi internado para descubrir uma reação de um remédio , deixaram nós na enfermaria sem ao menos lugar para eu mãe durmir !!! Já que não tem quarto no mínimo um conforto na enfermaria naquele quartinho que jogam agente ! Na madrugada eu tinha que ficar procurando infermeira sozinha no hospital porque o aparelho do meu filho desligava .. eu durmi numa CADEIRA !! Coloram meu filho junto com dois positivos de COVID uma falta de consideração com ser humano tive que deixar meu filho sozinho na cama e as mães que estava lá olhar ele pra mim pra poder esquentar o leite dele que era longe o lugar um absurdo !!!
Pagamos caro pra passar por isso !!
sooooooo bad!!! My 10 month old son was hospitalized to discover a reaction to a medicine, they left us in the infirmary without even a place for my mother to sleep!!! Since there's no room at least a comfort in the infirmary in that little room they play agent! At dawn I had to look for a nurse alone at the hospital because my son's device turned off .. I slept in a CHAIR!! Color my son along with two positives of COVID a lack of consideration for human being I had to leave my son alone in bed and the mothers who were there to look at him for me to be able to warm his milk that was far away from the place an absurd!!!
We paid dearly to go through this!!

Totalmente desfavoravel isso porque a quase hum ano pagando e hoje nesse exato momento estou passando por essa frustacao , minha esposa com dengue totalmente debilitada e nem conseguindo se quer andar e fui barrado com acompanhante , ate entendo caso for normas hospistal , mas nao aceito falta de cordialodade e educacao dos colaboradores , desde entrada errada na qual fui primeiro ate emergencia , mas infelizmente nao adianta reclamar , pois empresa quando tem missao em seu escopo fornecimento servicos pessoas assim nao faz parte do quadro , mas resumido o culpado acaba sendo gente mesmo pela nossas escolhas , por isso e muito importante antes fechar qualquer contrato o qual seja obter informacoes negativas ou positivas.

This is totally unfavorable because I've been paying for almost a year and today at this exact moment I'm going through this frustration, my wife with dengue is totally debilitated and can't even walk and I was barred with a companion, I even understand if it's hospital rules, but I don't accept lack of friendliness and politeness of the employees, from the wrong entry in which I went first to the emergency room, but unfortunately there is no point in complaining, because when a company has a mission in its scope, people like that are not part of the staff, but in short, the culprit ends up being people even for ours choices, so it is very important before closing any contract which is to obtain negative or positive information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 2 meses lutando no hospital com o meu filho para ontem descobri uma pneumonia, desde lá fiquei na sala de emergência, hoje finalmente conseguimos ir para um quarto onde no mínimo uma criança doente precisa , ele dormiu e a enfermeira simplesmente foi nos retirar no quarto nós mandando novamente para uma quarto que não é quarto é uma outra sala de emergência onde nem um banheiro igual tinha no outro quarto tem , nesse quarto tem 3 crianças uma bebê de nem 60 dias sem um mínimo de conforto nem pra ela nem para a mãe , é inaceitável tirar uma criança de um quarto e jogar em uma ala de emergência novamente e é mais inaceitável ainda o quanto a qualidade desse convênio vem caindo
