★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Eles pegam o pedido do Ifood e informam que estão preparando. Depois que atrasa, cerca de meia hora depois do horário do limite da entrega, CANCELAM o pedido. Divulguem e não peçam mais.
 Terrible. They take the order from Ifood and inform them that they are preparing it. After it's late, about half an hour after the delivery deadline, they CANCEL the order. Spread the word and don't ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido 14:00h da tarde já são 17:30 e meu pedido não chegou, tem mais de 1:30h que a atendente falou que saiu e nada até agora, muita falta de educação e desrespeito com o cliente que faz o pedido com fome e fica aguardando...
Sinceramente nunca em minha vida toda vim ao Google fazer reclamação mas infelizmente estou me sentindo péssima com essa situação.
I placed an order at 14:00 pm It is already 5:30 pm and my order has not arrived, it has been more than 1:30 pm that the attendant said she left and nothing so far, very rude and disrespectful to the customer who places the order with hungry and waiting...
Honestly, I have never in my life come to Google to complain but unfortunately I'm feeling terrible about this situation.

Dessa forma é melhor fechar ou contratar gente que peste.
Não atende telefone e nem responde Ifood.

Quero dinheiro da minha batata de volta... NUNCA MAIS... Lugar que vc compra uma vez só sem saber porque depois nunca mais.
Order made by ifood, paid by credit card arrived late and missing the chips... I contacted the ifood chat and WhatsApp. The message was viewed but no reply lack of respect. I want money from my potato back... NEVER AGAIN... Place you buy once without knowing why never again.

A pior experiência da minha vida, a equipe é PESSIMA, temos um milhão de reclamações então não precisa falar muito, na verdade não merecem nem a minha atenção, o pior não foi apenas o lanche ( se é que dá pra chamar assim ), o pós venda é ridículo de um "funcionário robô" coitado que não fez o básico pra entender um cliente, enfim pensou em Lanche ? FUJA DESSES LOCAIS, HAMBURGARES E ANTHENTIC. ?
