★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é péssima, o atendimento é TERRÍVEL, as atendentes são grossas, fiquei semanas ligando todos os dias e elas dizendo que iam retornar (nunca retornavam) no fim não consertou a minha lava louças e foi a maior dor de cabeça para devolver meu dinheiro. NÃO CONTRATEM ESSA EMPRESA.
This company is terrible, the service is TERRIBLE, the attendants are rude, I spent weeks calling every day and they said they would return (they never did) in the end they didn't fix my dishwasher and it was the biggest headache to return my money . DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Quanto aos demais serviços são excelentes.
I got in touch by phone to get a quote and an attendant offered a terrible service. Total lack of empathy.
As for the other services, they are excellent.

Sou cliente a muitos anos, não tenho o que reclamar do técnico, sempre muito atencioso e faz um exelente trabalho. Porém, sempre tenho esse problema. Mas hoje passou do limite. No momento que estou escrevendo esse texto são 15:35 do dia 06/06/2022, e as atendentes não me retornam com a responta.
