Além dos preços exorbitantes dos pneus, um total despreparo dos profissionais, que demonstraram não ter experiência em troca dos prisioneiros (parafuso fixo da roda). Chegaram até a falar que não tinham os parafusos pois não trabalham com peças. Ora, é como ter um restaurante e não vender arroz com feijão.
Tive de ir com o rapaz no meu carro até outras lojas pra procurar e mesmo precisando de 3, paguei 120 reais em 2 parafusos, e vim para são Paulo com apenas 3 dos 4 que devem ser instalados na roda. Serviço levou horas e horas.

They even said that they didn't have the screws because they don't work with parts. Now, it's like having a restaurant and not selling rice and beans.
I had to go with the boy in my car to other stores to search and even though I needed 3, I paid 120 reais on 2 screws, and I came to São Paulo with only 3 of the 4 that must be installed on the wheel. Service took hours and hours.
