Indignação, Falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Levei meu carro para fazer uma simples injeção eletrônica, que me causou sérios problemas. Um funcionário da oficina quebrou o botão dos vidros eletricos e o Proprietário da oficina "Helios Car sequer quiz arcar com o prejuízo do botão. Detalhe: depois de muita reclamação, o mesmo falou que ia pagar o botão. Achando Eu, que o problema seria solucionado, só fez agravar. Ele me Enganou por 5 meses, falando que ia atrás do Tal "Botão"
Até HOJE estou esperando o Botão e o serviço. Foi necessário Eu gastar dinheiro do meu bolso para pagar o conserto.
Ainda chamei a polícia militar para resolver o problema. Ele mentiu na frente dos policiais.
Então: Não faço nenhuma indicação dessa bendita oficina.
Detalhe: os comerciantes ao redor, informam que os funcionários da oficina Hélios car, andam nos carros de clientes que ali estão para serviços.
