★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência de auto center na minha vida, nunca fui tão lesado em um atendimento, senhor Leone a princípio um cara legal bom atendimento, mas desconfie, esse cara está preocupado sò com o Lucro dele, fez um diagnóstico no meu carro sem pé sem cabeça, tive um problema com meu celta 2010, pela manhã ele nao pegava, chamei a seguradora e tive a decepção de levar nesse auto center, chegando lá fizeram algusn teste, fizeram o carro funcionar, não encontraram nem um problema grave, daí o senhor Leone me apresentou um orçamento preventivo segundo suas palavras de 860,00 reias... quando disse a ele que não poderia arca com o orçamento integral ele mudou de figura, falei com ele que poderia fazer metade do serviço e que voltaria em duas semanas para fazer o restante, e perguntei o que seria primordial, até porque o carro estava funcionando e não queria sair sem honrar pelo trabalho, ele disse que deveria ser feito o trabalho integral, não concordei, então tive que trocar vela e cabo develas por 420,00 reias. O kit de vela é cabo de vela desse carro custa em média 150 reias, o resto sò foi mão de obra, melhor picaretagem na cara dura, coação e constrangimento ao Cliente.
Worst auto center experience in my life, I have never been so harmed in a service, Mr. Leone at first a nice guy good service, but be suspicious, this guy is only worried about his profit, he made a diagnosis in my car without a headless foot , I had a problem with my 2010 Celta, in the morning it wouldn't start, I called the insurance company and had the disappointment of taking it to this auto center, getting there they did some test, they made the car work, they didn't even find a serious problem, hence Mr. Leone presented me with a preventive budget according to his words of R$ 860.00... when I told him that he could not afford the full budget he changed his figure, I told him that I could do half the work and that I would come back in two weeks to do it the rest, and I asked what would be essential, because the car was working and I didn't want to leave without honoring the work, he said that the full work should be done, I didn't agree, so I had to change spark plug and cable as for 420,00 reais. The spark plug kit is a spark plug for this car, it costs an average of 150 reais, the rest was just labor, better hacking in the face, coercion and embarrassment to the Customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para trocar os batentes dos amortecedores dianteiros. Após a troca os mesmos apresentaram estalos, retornei na loja, apresentei o defeito e trocaram sem problemas. Após a segunda troca depois de dois dias os batentes estão fazendo barulho novamente. Quanto ao atendimento não tenho o que reclamar, mas parece que falta treinamento adequado aos mecânicos, as duas vezes que fizeram o serviço entregaram o carro sem ao mesmo dar uma volta, acho que deveriam ter mais cuidado, pois o retrabalho é ruim para o cliente e também para a loja!!!
I took my car to have the front shock absorbers replaced. After the exchange, they had cracks, I returned to the store, presented the defect and they exchanged without problems. After the second change after two days the stops are making noise again. As for the service, I have nothing to complain about, but it seems that the mechanics lack adequate training, the two times they did the service they delivered the car without even taking a ride, I think they should be more careful, because the rework is bad for the customer and also to the store!!!
