★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, porém as ideias não batem. Não tem aquela de "o cliente sempre tem razão"... O que, em partes é bom, porque mostra que o profissional tem firmeza no seu conceito. Porém, pode gerar um certo desconforto.
Nota mil para o mecânico. Nota 500 para os atendentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos para ver a bomba da água somente. Desmontaram o carro inteiro, pintaram o radiador, inventaram que a correia dentada estava rachada, mexeram sem pedir na parte elétrica sem autorização, daí disseram que teria que refazer toda a parte elétrica.
Sem contar os respingos de solda que tava no motor.
Não recomendo. Deveria fechar a oficina e alugar o salão para outro tipo de comércio.
We asked to see the water pump only. They dismantled the whole car, painted the radiator, invented that the timing belt was cracked, messed with the electrical part without permission, then they said I would have to redo the entire electrical part.
Not to mention the solder spatter on the engine.
I do not recommend. It should close the workshop and rent the hall to another type of trade.
