★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência,eu e minha mãe fomos comprar um carro lah e nos trataram super bem,mais eles acharam que por ser mulher não saberia como agir,levei o carro no meu mecânico de confiança e ele constatou mais de 8 problemas,eles mandaram para oficina deles e resolveram,uma semana depois teve um problema no (corpo da borboleta),meu mecânico disse que fizeram uma gambiarra,levei de novo e disseram que tinham trocado por um novo,mais eu pedi a nota e eles alegaram que me enviaria depois e nada,agora depois de 7 meses ,estou novamente com problema no corpo da borboleta e meu mecânico de confiança disse que colocaram uma usada,pois depois de trocada por nova esta peça,com uma boa manutenção não dá problema assim tão rápido,estou tentando resolver,mais ninguém me atende soh da desculpa.Pior negócio que já fiz, não recomendo pra ninguém está agência
Bad experience, my mom and I went to buy a car and they treated us very well, but they thought that as a woman I wouldn't know how to act, I took the car to my trusted mechanic and he found more than 8 problems, they sent it to the repair shop and they solved it, a week later there was a problem with the (butterfly body), my mechanic said they did a gambiarra, I took it again and said they had changed it for a new one, but I asked for the note and they claimed that they would send it to me later and nothing, now after 7 months, I have a problem with the butterfly body again and my trusted mechanic said they used a used one, because after replacing this part with a new one, with good maintenance it doesn’t give a problem so quickly, I’m trying to solve it , nobody else answers me soh of the excuse. Worst deal I've ever done, I don't recommend this agency to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca recebi a chave reserva e nem o manual do meu carro. Levei pra tirar um vazamento de óleo e água e eles levaram apenas meu carro pra lavar. Mas mal sabiam q meu carro tinha câmera de segurança e vi tudo isso. Retornei e eu mesmo levei na oficina q eles falaram q tinha levado. O serviço foi feito. Troca de bomba dágua(não foi colocada uma original) e cola do cater. Até hj não recebi o doc em meu nome. O cara da oficina me falou q chega muitooo carro cheio de problemas dessa loja. Me senti bastante lesado.
I never received the spare key or the manual for my car. I took it to get a leak of oil and water and they just took my car to wash. But little did they know my car had a security camera and I saw it all. I returned and I took it to the workshop that they said I had. The service was done. Change of water pump (an original was not placed) and glue from the cater. Until today I didn't receive the doc in my name. The guy from the garage told me that the car is full of problems from this store. I felt quite injured.
