★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de 02 chaves KD completas via Shopee, até a compra tinham estoque e estava tudo perfeito, do nada cancelaram as compras e disseram que havia acabado o estoque, liguei na loja e me ofereceram os mesmos produtos, depois que disse que era o comprador da Shopee mudaram de ideia. Isso porque eles disponibilizaram um cupom de R$50,00 de desconto no valor da chave, ou seja uma vergonha, nunca mais quero ouvir falar nessa empresa de desonestos.
 I made a purchase of 2 complete KD keys via Shopee, even the purchase had stock and everything was perfect, out of the blue they canceled the purchases and said they were out of stock, I called the store and they offered me the same products, after I said it was the Shopee buyer changed their minds. That's because they provided a coupon of R$50.00 off the value of the key, which is a shame, I never want to hear about this dishonest company again.

Comprei uma chave de 924,00 e entregaram uma carcaça de chave que não se sabe nem do que é..... um bando de picaretas... Não comprem, amadores, trabalham em casa enganando as pessoas e a Americanas ainda compactua com isso....Nosso país esta um caos.
I bought a key with a 433MHz card by Americanas where they are Auto Chaves Ferreira partners. They delivered the wrong product 2 times. I bought a 924.00 key and they delivered a key case that you don't even know what it is ..... a bunch of picks ... Don't buy it, amateurs, work at home deceiving people and Americanas still agree with that .... Our country is in chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alifer muito atencioso, bom vendedor explica tudo certinho, super recomendo, agora apenas uma crítica construtiva, falta um letreiro ou faxada indicando que ali é um chaveiro, pois eu passei na frente umas três vezes de carro e não encontrava, e como a rua lá tem muito fluxo fica difícil andar devagarinho para tentar encontrar a loja que se destaca apenas por um balcão com algumas chaves expostas nele. Tive que parar em um posto de combustível ali perto e descer à pé para procurar, pensem nisso, forte abraço, ah e a chave ficou perfeita, meu civic ficou com ar de carro novo com a chave canivete de boa qualidade que vcs me venderam.
Alifer very attentive, good salesman explains everything right, I highly recommend it, now just a constructive criticism, there is no sign or fax indicating that there is a locksmith, because I passed by the car about three times and couldn't find it, and I like the street there there is a lot of flow it is difficult to walk slowly to try to find the store that stands out only for a counter with some keys exposed on it. I had to stop at a gas station nearby and go down on foot to look for it, think about it, big hug, oh and the key was perfect, my civic got the air of a new car with the good quality pocketknife key you sold me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto e veio outro totalmente errado e o dono da loja fez tão pouco caso sobreo erro dele que nem me responder ele tem coragem. Ridículo, não pelo erro, mas pela vontade de corrigí-lo que não existe.
Erros podem acontecer, mas se você não tá disposto a conserta-los, não existe crescimento pessoal e nem profissional.
Muito decepcionado com a loja e o atendimento. Nunca mais compro com vocês!!!!
I bought a product and another one came totally wrong and the store owner paid so little attention to his mistake that he doesn't even have the courage to answer me. Ridiculous, not because of the mistake, but because of the desire to correct it, which doesn't exist.
Mistakes can happen, but if you are not willing to fix them, there is no personal or professional growth.
Very disappointed with the store and the service. I will never buy from you again!!!!
