★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram até pra olhar o carro, arrumando ou não vc paga, minha sorte que nunca cai na ladainha deles, mas um amigo que trocou compressor lá e pagou pra caro pra ter o ar funcionando com poucos dias deu problema, acusaram outra coisa só para não cobrir o problema com a garantia. Bom Clima que é lá perto é bem melhor.
They even charge to look at the car, fixing it or not, you pay, my luck that never falls on their ladainha, but a friend who changed the compressor there and paid dearly to have the air working within a few days was a problem, they accused something else just to not cover the problem with the warranty. Good weather that is nearby is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, parece até que está fazendo um favor para o cliente. O que me atendeu parece se dono ou gerente. Tive que ir lá três vezes e todas as vezes o mesmo tratamento. Levei carro da empresa que tem convênio. O meu veículo pessoal se precisar jamais vou levar lá.
Horrible customer service, looks like they are doing the customer a favor. The one who attended to me seems to be an owner or a manager. I had to go there three times and each time the same treatment. I took a car from the company that has an agreement. My personal vehicle if I need it I will never take it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na oficina para fazer um orçamento do Ar condicionado do carro do meu irmão, o dono por telefone me passou um preço (era só soldar a mangueira do ar condicionado, e repor o gás), quando meu irmão chegou na oficina para fazer o reparo, o dono dobrou o preço, alegando ser um trabalho muito difícil de fazer... Acabamos indo para outra oficina, ainda pegamos bem menos do que o primeiro valor que ele cobrou.
Não recomendo....
I called the repair shop to get a quote for the air conditioning for my brother's car, the owner over the phone gave me a price (it was just weld the air conditioning hose, and replace the gas), when my brother arrived at the repair shop , the owner doubled the price, claiming it was a very difficult job to do... We ended up going to another repair shop, we still got much less than the first amount he charged.
I do not recommend....
