★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já arrumei duas vezes e sempre tive problemas na pintura do carro. O defeito aparece algum tempo depois, quando entregam o veículo está perfeito.
I've done it twice and always had problems painting the car. The defect appears some time later when they deliver the vehicle is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende por qual dos sócios vc for atendido, terá um atendimento bom ou péssimo, mas tive uma experiência não muito boa com essa oficina credenciada pela seguradora Allians, após a entrega tive vários problemas elétricos, conversei com meu corretor, pediu para procurar a oficina procurei a clínica do automóvel mas nada foi resolvido, paguei para profissional qualificado para resolver problema elétrico ficava queimando toda hora o fusível oferecendo risco a minha família do carro pegar fogo. Como não foi resolvido nesta oficina credenciada, abri uma reclamação na seguradora Allians para ser ressarcido desde do dia 24-10-2018 até o momento não recebi nenhuma resposta. Agora para piorar as coisas faixa da porta esta soltando é o parachoque com problema no encaixe. ???
It depends on which of the partners you are served, you will have a good or terrible service, but I had a not very good experience with this workshop accredited by the insurance company Allians, after delivery I had several electrical problems, I talked to my broker, asked to look for the workshop I looked for the car clinic but nothing was resolved, I paid for a qualified professional to solve the electrical problem and I kept burning the fuse, offering my family risk of fire. As it was not resolved in this accredited workshop, I filed a complaint with the insurance company Allians to be reimbursed from 24-10-2018 until the moment I have not received any response. Now to make things worse the door strip is loosening is the bumper with a problem in the fitting. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diria que são os piores de Palmas, realizei dois serviços nesse local um pela seguradora outro como particular. Ambos saíram ruins, no primeiro o veiculo saiu com duas cores(o veiculo tinha 1 ano). No outro o veiculo(com 2 meses) saiu com rebarbas de massa plastica, em um outro local tinha rebarba de tinta levei pra reclamar lixaram e ficou com dois tons no local. Não recomendo, serviço extremamente porco.
I would say they are the worst in Palmas, I performed two services at this location one by the other insurer as private. Both came out bad, in the first the vehicle came out with two colors (the vehicle was 1 year old). In the other the vehicle (with 2 months) came out with burrs of plastic mass, in another place had paint burr I took to complain sanded and got two shades in place. Not recommend, extremely pork service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz serviço particular e pela seguradora, em ambos os casos, não tive problemas. As revisões do carro saíram por um preço mediano para o veículo e achei o serviço igual ao da concessionária. Sempre tive boas referências dos mecânicos.
Contra: Precisa agendar com bastante antecedência
I have already done private work and by the insurance company, in both cases, I had no problems. The car reviews came out at a median price for the vehicle and I found the service the same as the dealership. I've always had good references from mechanics.
Against: Need to schedule well in advance
