Sobre a Conveniência precisa urgente de alguém que gerencie a equipe, dou uma estrela.
Nunca vi um atendimento tão péssimo. Hoje mesmo meu esposo foi buscar pães e não tinha, uma senhora falou de uma maneira super grossa que iria demorar 30 minutos. Meu esposo então pegou cerveja e quando foi passar pelo caixa a moça com cabelo curto fez uma cara não muito boa, olhou para ele e disse “ Olha moço não estou afim de trabalhar não”.
Além de um péssimo atendimento falta profissionalismo. Você chega para ser atendido e se depara com funcionários brigando, falando palavrões e ainda por cima te falam na cara dura que não estão afim de trabalhar.
Se não está afim de trabalhar é só pedir demissão. O que mais tem é gente passando fome precisando trabalhar.
Nós clientes entendemos o cansaço de quem trabalha de Final de semana mas profissionalmente não se deve passar isso ao cliente, pois nós saímos de casa e vamos até o estabelecimento em que vocês trabalham para sustentar a empresa que paga o salário de vocês. Espero não passar por isso novamente, caso o atendimento mude volto aqui para atualizar a minha avaliação.

I have never seen such bad service. Just today my husband went to get bread and there was none, a lady said in a super rude way that it would take 30 minutes. My husband then got a beer and when he went to the cashier the girl with short hair made a not very good face, looked at him and said “Look man, I'm not in the mood to work”.
In addition to poor service, there is a lack of professionalism. You arrive to be attended to and you come across employees fighting, swearing and on top of that they tell you straight up that they don't want to work.
If you don't feel like working, just quit. What else is there are people starving and needing to work.
We customers understand the fatigue of those who work on weekends, but professionally this should not be passed on to the customer, because we leave the house and go to the establishment where you work to support the company that pays your salary. I hope I don't go through this again, if the service changes I'll come back here to update my review.
