★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gasolina de qualidade, bom atendimento, preço justo. O ponto negativo é nao terem máquina de cartão sem fio, o que faz o motorista que vai passar o cartão ter de descer do veículo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no Jd. Santa Maria, bairro próximo e que pertence a Osasco. A localização do auto posto Fontoura fica na rota para Rodovia Raposo Tavares, antes do trabalho passo sempre lá. O atendimento é muito bom e funcionários prestativos sempre perguntam se o óleo, a água esta em dia. Nesse posto eles vendem bebidas refrigerante e tem um pit stop da Skol.
I live in Jd. Santa Maria, near neighborhood and that belongs to Osasco. The location of the Fontoura auto station is on the route to Rodovia Raposo Tavares, before work there always happens. The service is very good and helpful staff always ask if the oil, water is up to date. At this station they sell soda drinks and have a Skol pit stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou motorista de aplicativo estava de passagem hoje dia 22/04/22 . Pedi para o Frentista colocar 60,00 de etanol por enquanto ia até o banheiro. Quando voltei para pagar ele me pediu desculpas porque tinha colocado combustível errado, colocou gasolina, não sei se foi sem querer ou proposital a mando de superiores, mas enfim. Na hora de passar meu cartão na maquininha meu cartão deu não autorizado, por motivo que uso um cartão do App da 99 onde os ganhos do dia vao para uma conta onde é necessário entrar no App e transferir para o cartão, porém quando parei para abastecer percebi que no local não tinha sinal de internet, pedi para o Frentista se ele poderia me Seder um sinal wi-fi, o mesmo disse que o posto tinha wi-fi mas ele não tinha a senha. Então disse a ele que precisava sair um pouquinho do local para pegar sinal em outra rua para transferir o dinheiro da conta para o cartão para poder fazer o pagamento, disse ao mesmo que anotasse minha placa por segurança, que eu iria na rua de trás para pegar sinal e enfim poder fazer toda a transação e pagar pelo abastecimento. O mesmo começou a falar em voz alta que iria Mesmo anotar a placa do veículo para fazer um boletim de ocorrência pq eu estava saindo sem pagar, mesmo eu esplicando toda a situação sobre o sinal de internet, ele continuou a falar alto e dizer que ia fazer um boletim de ocorrência chamando atenção de todos os outros clientes para a situação, que me deixou constrangida,pois o problema não era dinheiro, mas sim sinal de internet que não tinha no local para eu poder fazer o pagamento. Perdi a paciência com o Mesmo e arranquei com o carro para poder buscar sinal e poder voltar e acertar o abastecimento. Feito isso voltei no local para pagar, o mesmo com um tom de arrogância começou a me tratar como uma pessoa delinquente, a única coisa que eu queria era pagar meu abastecimento mesmo ele tendo colocado combustível errado,e ir em bora. Mas ele insistia em me tratar como se eu fosse uma assaltsnte, denegrindo minha imagem e me fazendo passar por ridícula perante outros clientes do local. No final paguei pelo combustível, e sai do local como uma pessoa que queria dar o calote, com algumas pessoas me julgando, pois não estavam lá quando tudo começou. Triste ? posto com atendimento lixo, e pessoas despreparadas trabalhando, nem se quer um gerente tinha no local que pudesse me ajudar. Nunca fui tão humilhada na vida.

In the end I paid for the fuel, and I left the place like a person who wanted to default, with some people judging me, because they weren't there when it all started. Sad ? station with garbage service, and unprepared people working, not even a manager had on site who could help me. I have never been so humiliated in my life.
