★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia na loja foi ruim porque no dia da enchente em peruibe meu carro passou por uma pani eletrica onde adentrou agua em um conector de sensor eletrico e meu carro apresentou falha de api onde ficou faltando aceleraçao portanto consegui com muito esforço levar o carro ao auto eletrico "thiaguinho" cheguei la expliquei a ele que meu carro tava ruim ele me disse que nao poderia fazer nada e pra olhar ficaria 70 reias sendo que nao poderia mexer ,enfim nao recomendo .
My experience at the store was bad because on the day of the flood in peruibe my car went through an electric pani where it entered water in an electrical sensor connector and my car showed api failure where it was missing acceleration so I managed with great effort to take the car to the car electric "thiaguinho" i got there i explained to him that my car was bad he told me he couldn't do anything and to look at it i would be 70 reias and i couldn't move, anyway i don't recommend.

Cobraram R$120,00 para falar que o carro tem um problema mas que não sabem qual o problema. O carro não anda, com certeza existe um problema. Falta profissionalismo e sobra arrogância.
I do not indicate. Bad experience. Complete disregard for the customer. No deadline, no clear information and no problem solving. They charged R$120.00 to say that the car has a problem but that they don't know what the problem is. The car won't start, there's definitely a problem. Lack of professionalism and too much arrogance.
