★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e honestidade, a pouco mais de quatro anos cheguei a ficar várias semanas sem o carro por estar no mecânico, e sempre voltava com o mesmo defeito, até levar meu carro na Carlão Auto. Em uma avaliação, me chamaram no mesmo dia e informaram um problema no módulo do carro, que para trocar ficaria um valor "X", ou eles poderiam drenar todo o álcool abastecido no carro, colocar uma quantidade de gasolina suficiente para chegar em um posto e abastecer somente com gasolina que o problema não voltaria, e adivinha! Estou com o mesmo módulo até hoje e desse dia em diante qual quer defeito sempre levo meu carro na Carlão Auto. foi assim que esse pessoal conquistou minha confiança.
A já estava esquecendo, eles tem o serviço de leva e traz, isso quebra um galho e tanto.

In an evaluation, they called me on the same day and reported a problem with the car module, which to exchange would be an "X" value, or they could drain all the alcohol filled in the car, put in a sufficient amount of gasoline to get to a gas station. and fill only with gasoline that the problem would not return, and guess what! I have the same module until today and from that day on, any defect I always take my car to Carlão Auto. That's how these people earned my trust.
A was already forgetting, they have the pick up and drop service, that breaks quite a branch.
