★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo sendo cliente cobram muito caro. Gostam de fazer o serviço sem informar o orçamento direito. Deixaram o som totalmente desencaixado e alguns fios soltos (microfone e luz do porta luva pararam de funcionar). Não se preocupam em manter a clientela. A qualidade caiu muito com o tempo. Há lugares melhores na região. Atendimento péssimo.
Even being a customer, they charge a lot. They like to do the service without providing the right budget. They left the sound completely disconnected and some loose wires (microphone and glove box light stopped working). They don't care about keeping the clientele. The quality has dropped a lot over time. There are better places in the region. Terrible service.

Conseguem ir além de sua especialidade que é o Auto Elétrico, corrigindo outros pequenos defeitos que eventualmente existam no veiculo, sendo em meu caso específico, corrigiram defeito em meu vidro elétrico.
Excellent service, whether on the side of technical knowledge or even the friendliness and availability of everyone. They manage to go beyond their specialty, which is the Auto Electric, correcting other small defects that may exist in the vehicle, being in my specific case, they corrected a defect in my electric window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei para realizar um orçamento, e um cara extremamente mal humorado veio olhar o meu carro. Nem olhou direito e disse que era motor de arranque e que iria gastar por volta de R$ 500,00 para arrumar. Suspeitei e fui pedir uma segunda opinião. Expliquei a situação, o outro mecânico disse que podia ser qualquer coisa, menos motor de arranque. Jamais voltarei neste local. O outro mecânico arrumou um fio que estava solto e o carro está funcionando até hoje, além de tudo o valor que paguei pela investigação, foi muito menor do que esse aí. Quando precisarem de algum auto elétrico bom na região, peçam segunda opinião.
I stopped by to get a quote, and an extremely grumpy guy came to look at my car. He didn't even look closely and said it was a starter motor and that he would spend around R$500.00 to fix it. I got suspicious and went to get a second opinion. I explained the situation, the other mechanic said it could be anything but the starter. I will never return to this location. The other mechanic fixed a wire that was loose and the car is working to this day, in addition to everything I paid for the investigation, it was much lower than that one. When you need a good electric car in the region, ask for a second opinion.

Com outro carro precisei trocar a bateria e eles buscaram meu carro em casa (moro na região).
São honestos e sempre fizeram os serviços bem feito, mas não são muito baratos.
Pode confiar, mas vale comparar os preços com outros lugares.

With another car I needed to change the battery and they picked up my car at home (I live in the region).
They are honest and have always done the job well, but they are not very cheap.
