Péssima assistencia levei meu carro para arrumar a buzina, nao trocaram peça nenhuma estragaram meu volante e por sinal continua com o mesmo problema infelizmente, fora que queimaram minha chave de seta e disseram que o problema nao foi deles e eu tive que comprar outra chave de seta com eles por que eu nao tinha opção no momento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei reparo em meu vidro elétrico, realizaram o orçamento e mesmo sendo mais caro que em outros lugares acabei concordando pois quebraram as travinhas que seguram o acabamento da porta. Como não tinham a peça para realizar a troca, foram comprar no ato. Porém por volta de 1:30hr de espera a peça que foi comprada não estava correta e não foi possível encaixe, tentaram "adaptar" (fazer gambiarra) porém também não foi possível e ao tentar realizar a troca na loja a mesma já havia fechado. Em resumo, esperei por quase 3hrs, não foi realizado o serviço no dia e me devolveu sem limpar toda a sujeira que foi feita.
Não indico para ninguém e não voltarei.
I requested repairs to my electric window, they carried out the budget and even though it was more expensive than in other places I ended up agreeing because the locks that hold the finish of the door broke. As they did not have the part to exchange, they went to buy it on the spot. However, around 1:30 hr of waiting, the part that was purchased was not correct and it was not possible to fit, they tried to "adapt" (make a gambiarra) but it was also not possible and when trying to make the exchange in the store it had already closed. In short, I waited for almost 3 hours, the service was not performed on the day and it returned to me without cleaning all the dirt that was made.
I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't be back.
