Lamentavelmente tive um problema no meu carro passando próximo a São Sebastião do Paraíso.
Fui ao Hotel das Acácias para pernoitar e lá recebi a indicação para procurar a Auto Elétrica Itália.
Desde meu primeiro contato via telefone, o atendimento ao chegar na oficina, o diagnóstico do defeito (queima da junta do cabeçote) e a programação para o reparo, fui atendido com total transparência, respeito e cordialidade.
Após alguns dias voltei a São Sebastião do Paraíso para buscar o carro, o trabalho ficou a prova de questionamentos, realmente muito profissional.
Novamente fui muito bem atendido e tive suporte da oficina durante o período em que estive na cidade com indicação de lugar para comer, dentre outros.
Além disso ainda se preocuparam se eu havia chegado em segurança a minha cidade, ou seja, isso foi muito além do pós venda, algo humano e sincero.
Profissionalismo, qualidade excepcional de atendimento, suporte ao cliente e honestidade nota 10!
Sem palavras para agradecer Agilson, Simone, João Paulo, Eduardo, enfim, toda a equipe, vocês me ajudaram muito em um dia muito difícil.

Unfortunately I had a problem with my car passing near São Sebastião do Paraíso.
I went to the Hotel das Acácias to stay overnight and there I was told to look for Auto Elétrica Itália.
