Descobriram, mas infelizmente não havia a peça para troca. Arrumaram de um jeito que pudesse seguir viagem e apesar de minha insistência, não me cobraram absolutamente nada! Estava disposto a pagar pela mão de obra pois permaneci ali, aguardando pelo conserto cerca de uma hora e meia, mas mesmo assim, não quiseram cobrar! DEMONSTRAÇÃO DE HONESTIDADE E RESPEITO AO SEUS CLIENTES COMO ESTAS TEMOS QUE DIVULGAR, PRINCIPALMENTE NESTES TEMPOS DE CADA UM POR SI. GANHARAM UM CLIENTE PARA A VIDA TODA!
I was attended to at this establishment ... everyone was extremely attentive and promptly set out in search of a solution to the Electrical problem at my door. They found out, but unfortunately there was no replacement part. They arranged it in a way that could continue the journey and despite my insistence, they did not charge me anything! I was willing to pay for the labor because I stayed there, waiting for the repair for about an hour and a half, but even so, they didn't want to charge! DEMONSTRATION OF HONESTY AND RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMERS AS THESE WE HAVE TO DISCLOSE, MAINLY IN THESE TIMES OF EACH ONE BY YOU. WON A CUSTOMER FOR THE WHOLE LIFE!
