★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 7 de outubro liguei no estabelecimento por volta das 07:00 pedindo ajuda para meu carro, que morreu na rua devido à bateria. Fui atendido por um homem que informou demoraria um pouco, pois somente às 08:00 os funcionários chegariam. Esperei até umas 10:00 e nada. Liguei em outra auto elétrica famosa na cidade e em menos de 10 minutos fui atendido. Não recomento a Auto Elétrica Pereira devido ao mau atendimento prestado.
On October 7th I called the establishment around 7:00 am asking for help with my car, which died on the street due to the battery. I was attended by a man who informed me that it would take a while, as the employees would only arrive at 08:00. I waited until about 10:00 and nothing. I called another famous electric car in the city and in less than 10 minutes I was answered. I do not recommend Auto Elétrica Pereira due to the poor service provided.
