Duas vezes que deixei meu carro lá e, na primeira, me entregaram o carro com o pneu vazio, na segunda vez, me entregaram com o escape furado, provavelmente acasionado ao colocar o carro no elevador.
Good service and honest but careless mechanics. They always deliver the car with something that was not there before. Twice I left my car there and, at first, they handed me the car with the empty tire, the second time, I was delivered with the hole leak, probably passionate when putting the car in the elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro estava aquecendo. O conserto ficou pronto DEZ DIAS após o combinado para entrega. Até aí tudo certo. Já em casa fui verificar os líquidos de arrefecimento(que inclusive me foi cobrado) e óleo do motor. Pra minha surpresa estava sem óleo e sem líquido. Fui para a loja o mecânico Tavares verificou e em nenhum momento se justificou. Disse que ia comprar o óleo e colocou água destilada no tanque de arrefecimento. Eu fiquei aguardando por mais de duas horas e como deu a hora do almoço ele veio me dizer que somente a tarde ia completar o óleo. Me fazendo esperar em vão. Por isso NÃO INDICO DE MANEIRA NENHUMA ESSA OFICINA. Eles foram irresponsáveis ao deixar eu sair com o carro sem água e sem óleo e ao invés de corrigir o ERRO foram omissos e pouco profissionais.
My car was warming up. The repair was ready TEN DAYS after the combined delivery. So far so good. Already at home I went to check the coolants (which I was even charged) and engine oil. To my surprise I had no oil and no liquid. I went to the store and the mechanic Tavares checked and at no time justified himself. He said he was going to buy the oil and put distilled water in the cooling tank. I waited for more than two hours and as it was lunchtime he came to tell me that only the afternoon would complete the oil. Making me wait in vain. Therefore, I DO NOT INDICATE THIS OFFICE IN ANY WAY. They were irresponsible to let me out with the car without water and oil and instead of correcting the ERROR they were oblivious and unprofessional.
