Os caras nem olham o seu carro e te mandam para outra oficina, isso quando te atendem, pois quando você chega lá se sente invisível, os caras te ignoram.
It used to be better, now the service is terrible.
The guys don't even look at your car and send you to another garage, that's when they serve you, because when you get there you feel invisible, the guys ignore you.
