★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo serviço Rogerio muito nervoso e sem noção quando eles passar seu orcamento vai ver o preço das pecas no fabri ou em outro lugar eles cobra o dobro uma bomba de oleo de 245,00 reais nova eles cobra 699,00 tudo meia boca eu nao recomendo quando meu carro dava la que acabei tirando sem fazer tinha umas cinco pessoas pedindo solucao do problema causado por eles.
Poor service Rogerio very nervous and clueless when they spend their budget will see the price of parts in the fabri or elsewhere they charge twice a new 245.00 real oil pump they charge 699.00 all half a mouth I do not recommend When my car went there I ended up doing it without having about five people asking for a solution to their problem.

Marquei uma visita com o mecânico 2 vezes e eles infelizmente nunca se quer me deram uma satisfação para reagendar, eu tive que ligar para remarcar..e mesmo assim jamais aparecerem..ao ligar para o local para saber o motivo de nao comparecerem a atendente Isabel simplesmente me deixou esperando na linha (acredito que por vergonha de ter me deixado esperando 2 vezes). Agora te pergunto, se em uma situação tão simples como agendar a visita para avaliar o problema de um carro eles são tão desrespeitosos, imagine o que não são capazes de fazer quando o seu carro já está na oficina deles? Eu não confio e nao indico. Não são uma equipe profissional!!
Very bad service. Not serious professionals. There is no commitment to dates and times. I made an appointment with the mechanic 2 times and they unfortunately never wanted to give me a satisfaction to reschedule, I had to call to reschedule ... and even then never show up ... when calling the place to know the reason for not attending the attendant Isabel just kept me waiting on the line (I believe she was ashamed of having left me waiting 2 times). Now I ask you, if in a situation as simple as scheduling the visit to assess the problem of a car they are so disrespectful, imagine what they are unable to do when their car is already in their workshop? I do not trust and do not indicate. They are not a professional team !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fui trocar a peça do lavador de para brisa e pedi para trocar as lâmpadas da lanterna. Não trocaram as lâmpadas e o carro voltou com cabos do motor raspando já hélice, arrebentou o cabo da direção. Horrível, "profissionais" que não sabem e não se esforçam em te explicar o que precisa ser feito e o que fizeram. Nunca mais.
I do not recommend. I went to change the windshield washer part and asked to change the flashlight bulbs. They didn't change the light bulbs and the car came back with the engine cables scraping the propeller, the steering cable broke. Horrible, "professionals" who don't know and don't try to explain to you what needs to be done and what they did. Never.
