★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temos um Bora! Meu esposo levou 2 vezes aí na auto elétrica Imirim. O Moisés o atendeu, não encontrou o problema que faz a bateria do nosso carro não ligar.
Levamos em outro lugar que cuida de alarme e vidros (o Moisés disse para procurarmos alguém que cuidasse dessa parte), garantiram que não era nada... Meu esposo levou novamente para o Moisés verificar, que pela segunda vez disse que não havia nada no carro.
Então o Moisés prometeu ao meu esposo que se nosso carro apresentasse o mesmo problema, ele viria na nossa casa para ver o carro (já que sempre precisávamos dar carga para levar o carro até lá e como ia funcionando, ele não encontrava o problema).
Acontece que HOJE, dia 27/12, ligamos para ele pela manhã (disseram que ele não estava... Esquisito né? ) e ligamos mais vezes de tarde, daí já nem nos atenderam!
Muita falta de profissionalismo e de palavra!
Meu esposo começou no emprego novo esse mês, perdeu tempo precioso de serviço e gastamos dinheiro aí sendo que não foram corretos com a gente!
Se não podiam vir buscar, que o Moisés não prometesse! Quem trabalha com a verdade nunca perde um cliente, ganha outros!
Não indicamos o serviço deles!
We have a Bora! My husband took it twice on the Imirim auto electric. Moses answered him, he didn't find the problem that makes our car battery not turn on.
We took it to another place that takes care of alarms and windows (Moses told us to look for someone to take care of this part), they ensured that it was nothing... My husband took it again for Moses to check, who for the second time said that there was nothing in the car.
So Moses promised my husband that if our car had the same problem, he would come to our house to see the car (since we always needed to load the car there and as it was working, he didn't find the problem).
It turns out that TODAY, 12/27, we called him in the morning (they said he wasn't there... Strange, right?) and we called him more often in the afternoon, then they didn't even answer us!
Great lack of professionalism and speech!
My husband started his new job this month, lost precious service time and we spent money there when they weren't right with us!
If they couldn't come and get it, let Moses not promise! Those who work with the truth never lose a client, they gain others!
We do not recommend their service!
