 Attentive and dedicated professionals from the board of directors to the instructors! Before enrollment I looked at the DMV website to evaluate the driving school ... I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e prestação dos serviços. Os instrutores são atenciosos e focados no que o aluno tem mais dificuldade. Muitas vezes o DETRAN que não facilita nas marcações de aula e fui bem instruído com relação a isso.
Good service and provision of services. Instructors are attentive and focused on what the student has the most difficulty. Many times the DETRAN does not facilitate class appointments and I was well instructed in this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da marcação da prova prática é uma enrolação, minha filha realizou a prova em Dezembro de 2021 depois de 3 meses de espera, ficou reprovada e até hoje não conseguiu refazer a prova. Como alguém que fica tantos tempo sem treinar vai passar na prova. A senhora Rose passa o tempo todo dizendo que o culpado é o Detran que manda pouca vaga para a Auto Escola.
At the time of scheduling the practical test, my daughter took the test in December 2021 after 3 months of waiting, she failed and until today she has not been able to retake the test. How can someone who goes so long without training pass the test. Mrs. Rose spends all her time saying that the culprit is the Detran, which sends little space to the Auto Escola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são péssimas. Fazem tudo de ma vontade, pior do que se fosse um favor. Tive problemas nas aulas teorias pelo falatório que fica na recepção, não dá nem pra ouvir o professor falando. Em uma aula precisei ir duas vezes a recepção pedir para falarem baixo.
Terminei as aulas práticas em dezembro e a prova do foi marcada para início de maio agora. Precisei marcar aulas extras pq já nem lembrava mais direito do carro. Reprovei.
Perguntei se a previsão de marcação para segunda prova também seria quatro meses, e com desdém informaram que estava pior e poderia chegar há seis meses. Apesar de gostar muito do meu instrutor e querer terminar todo o processo com ele, transferi hoje de autoescola. Fui informada de que já consigo realizar novo exame prático em julho. Soube que essa nova autoescola teve 55 vagas disponibilizadas em maio para exame prático e que a Detroit não deve ter recebido menos que isso. Sei que teriam 40 pessoas na minha frente hoje para próxima prova, como me dão um prazo de seis meses???????? Aconselho procurarem outra. Uma pena, os instrutores são ótimos, mas a dona e todas da recepção são péssimas.
The attendants are bad. They do everything grudgingly, worse than if it was a favor. I had problems in theories classes because of the chatter that is at the reception, you can't even hear the teacher talking. In one class I had to go to the reception twice to ask them to speak quietly.
I finished the practical classes in December and the exam was scheduled for early May now. I had to book extra classes because I didn't even remember the car anymore. I failed
I asked if the appointment for the second test would also be four months, and with disdain they informed that it was worse and could arrive in six months. Although I really like my instructor and want to finish the whole process with him, I transferred driving school today. I was informed that I can take a new practical exam in July. I understand that this new driving school had 55 places available in May for the practical exam and that Detroit could not have received less than that. I know there would be 40 people in front of me today for the next test, how can they give me a deadline of six months???????? I recommend looking for another one. A pity, the instructors are great, but the owner and everyone at the reception are terrible.
