★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a Auto Escola Free para tirar carta especial,desde o atendimento na recepção até às aulas práticas fui bem atendido.
Na recepção a Gabriela é muito atenciosa e simpática.
Os instrutores Thiago, William e Jefferson são ótimos profissionais e explica muito bem.
Enfim a Escola está de parabéns pelo trabalho prestado.
I went to the Free Auto School to get a special letter, from the reception desk to the practical classes I was well attended.
At the reception Gabriela is very helpful and friendly.
Instructors James, William and Jefferson are great professionals and explains very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Além de só me enrolaram com as aulas práticas, ainda foi maior burocracia quando fui pegar transferência para outra auto escola! O diretor ou sei lá o que, ainda ficou com todo o dinheiro das aulas práticas que eu já tinha pago e que só fiz 2 aulas! Ainda me tratou com muita arrogância e sarcasmo quando fui pegar a transferência, e nem liberou meu cadastro, tive q perder tempo indo lá novamente pra liberar! Fora o instrutor I., super folgado e as recepcionistas também, depois que pedi a transferência muita mal educadas! Não recomendo pra ninguém! Recomendo a auto escola Neon, tirei a carta super rápido e sem enrolação! Eu devia era procurar meus direitos, já que auto escola ficou com meu dinheiro.
Lousy experience! Besides just getting me involved with practical classes, there was even more bureaucracy when I went to get a transfer to another driving school! The director or whatever, still got all the money from the practical classes that I had already paid for and that I only took 2 classes! He still treated me with a lot of arrogance and sarcasm when I went to get the transfer, and he didn't even release my registration, I had to waste time going there again to release it! Instructor I., super relaxed and the receptionists too, after I asked for the transfer, very rude! I don't recommend it to anyone! I recommend the Neon driving school, I took the letter super fast and without stalling! I should be looking for my rights, since driving school kept my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente autoescola! Um parabéns e agradecimentos especiais para as meninas Gabi e Thais que são muito eficientes, profissionais e 200% confiáveis! Prometeram que antes do final do ano eu teria minha carta e realmente consegui (processo de reabilitação): em 1 mês e meio estava com a CNH na mão e pude viajar dirigindo! Sem contar o instrutor Jefferson: conhece o que faz e dá excelentes dicas e apoio para obter com sucesso sua CNH.
Excellent driving school! Congratulations and special thanks to the girls Gabi and Thais who are very efficient, professional and 200% reliable! They promised that before the end of the year I would have my letter and I really got it (rehabilitation process): in 1 month and a half I had CNH in my hand and I was able to travel driving! Not to mention the instructor Jefferson: he knows what he does and gives excellent tips and support to successfully obtain his CNH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor de Diadema. Sempre fui muito bem atendido e não tenho nada para reclamar. Meu processo foi rápido e tranquilo. Tive aulas com o Josivan e só tenho a agradecer, um ótimo profissional e um grande amigo, as dicas e concelhos foram fundamentais para minha aprovação.
Recomendo hj e sempre. Para quem quer tirar habilitação sem dor de cabeça aqui é o lugar.
Best of Diadem. I have always been very well attended and I have nothing to complain about. My process was quick and smooth. I had classes with Josivan and I can only thank him, a great professional and a great friend, the tips and advice were fundamental for my approval.
I recommend today and always. For those who want to get a license without a headache, this is the place.
